No item may be returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service department. An RMA request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
Please contact us at email@example.com to receive an RMA number. Please include your order number, the full name you used when order was placed and your address. Packages that are shipped to us without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be damaged due to improper installation, neglect, abuse, misuse, alteration of the product, or improper storage. Returns missing components will not be credited.
We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
If the item arrived at your location with damage, please include the original shipping container in your return.
All products must be returned prepaid — we do not accept COD shipments.
All returns must be packaged properly. We are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.
Clearly label all packages with your RMA number.
Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
